1. We reserve the right to close the spree anytime once we hit our delivery cap, or to cancel it if the response be poor. All status will be informed via email and deliveries/refunds will be proceeded accordingly.
2. We will only inform OOS items before delivery/ refunds will be made accordingly based on the paid amount transfered in SGD only.
3. Sprees will be closed based on delivery caps we have internally. We usually hold 1 week time to finalise a spree. Thereafter, we will update if delivery has begun or spree is cancelled.
4. We do not practise second top-ups like most sprees so you can be sure of a one-time payment ease spree arrangement with us.
5. We do not offer exchanges/returns.
6. Order confirmation is based on 100% payment. Each order will be given a order ref number for your reference.
7. Payment timeline is within 24 hours after we have forwarded our payment request, with the exception when we are doing sprees with extreme turnaround time, it will be immediate upon pre-order.
8. All payments are to be in SGD only.
9. We are not liable for damaged deliveries but we can assure a thorough check on your order before delivery.
10. Not all deliveries will come in shopping bags, subject to provision from shipment.
