5% iconcierge fee on total spree order
Item order calculation = [(Item Price in USD x 1.5) x 1.05} + Item Handling Free (based on units from order model)
Do note that spree will close when we reach the delivery cap of at a undefined date, therefore confirmation of orders will be based on payment to close the spree. Should the spree be cancelled, all refunds in SGD only will be made accordingly.
